Sigma Pi Fraternity Launches Executive Director Search

Nashville, TN – Sigma Pi Fraternity, one of North America’s leading men’s collegiate fraternities, has opened its search for its next Executive Director.

The Executive Director is charged with overseeing the Fraternity’s national operations, managing a team of 15 professional staff, and strengthening relationships with alumni, donors, vendors, and partners across North America. The Executive Director plays a central role in executing the organization’s strategic vision and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of key services to Sigma Pi chapters, colonies, alumni clubs, and members. The Executive Director reports directly to the Grand Council, the Fraternity’s national volunteer leadership board.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, overseeing the organization’s budget and compliance matters, planning national events, and serving as a primary spokesperson for the Fraternity. The position is full-time and requires some travel, including weekends.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, higher education, or fraternity/sorority management, and demonstrated success in alumni engagement, donor relations, and financial stewardship. Prior involvement with the national organization and membership in good standing are preferred.
