The Grand Council of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International has recently granted the charter of the Sphinx Club with (71) alumni members for international recognition.
Sphinx Club Mission Statement:
“Promote the interests of Eta Mu Chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International; establish mutually beneficial relations between the undergraduate chapter, its alumni and Sigma Pi Fraternity, International; maintain among its alumni a spirit of communication, fraternalism and service; and enhance financial resources beneficial to Eta Mu Chapter’s sustainability and growth.”
The Eta Mu Chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International was initially colonized on March 31, 1989. The Chapter received its charter on May 5, 1990 making it the 175th chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International. The Chapter has been a part of the Missouri Southern State University campus for the past 22 years. Eta Mu Chapter and its members have received not only awards and recognition from Sigma Pi Fraternity, International, but also from Missouri Southern State University. Alumni members of Eta Mu chapter have subsequently achieved success in their professional lives. Alumni of Eta Mu can be found all over the world enjoying careers in medicine, law, business, education and serving in the military.
