Sigma Pi Fraternity Announces CEO Frost’s Resignation, Ritchie Named Interim CEO

NASHVILLE, TN – August 15, 2025 – Sigma Pi Fraternity announced today that Jonathan M. Frost (UMSL ’99) has resigned as Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director of Sigma Pi Fraternity for personal reasons, effective August 11, 2025.

“Jonathan Frost has been instrumental in building a stronger Sigma Pi, elevating our educational and leadership development programs, strengthening our financial position, and taking our brand to new heights,” said Grand Sage Christian J. Miele (Towson ’00). “We thank him for his sixteen years of service and dedication to the Fraternity as a member of the Executive Office staff, the last eight of which he has served as CEO, and we wish him the best in his future endeavors.”

Gregory G. Ritchie (UMSL ’98) has been named as Interim CEO, effective August 11, 2025, and will serve in this capacity through the search for the next CEO. Ritchie brings more than twenty years of experience in insurance and business banking with a proven track record of success. Since January 6, 2023, he has served as Chief Operating Officer of Sigma Pi, where he has focused on streamlining and enhancing the operations of the Fraternity and improving chapter services. Ritchie previously served as a member of the Executive Office staff from 2004-2007.
