NASHVILLE, TN – September 4, 2026 – Sigma Pi Fraternity is proud to announce the appointment of two Province Archons: Past Grand Herald Rob Pankau (Oakland ’02) as the Great Lakes Province Archon and Past Grand Herald Ryan Post (Valparaiso ’09) as the Founders’ Valley Province Archon.
“We are fortunate to have proven leaders like Rob and Ryan step forward to serve our organization in these important roles,” said Executive Director Justin “JT” Todoroff (Cal State Long Beach ’01). “Both bring a deep understanding of the undergraduate experience and a commitment to supporting our chapter leaders. I am confident their experience and dedication will strengthen our chapters and help ensure our members have the resources and guidance they need to succeed.”
PGH Pankau – Great Lakes Province Archon

PGH Pankau has served Sigma Pi in several leadership roles, including service on the Grand Council, as an Educational Foundation Trustee, Chapter Director for Zeta-Pi Chapter, Michigan Province Archon, and Educational Leadership Consultant.
Professionally, PGH Pankau is an enterprise technology and identity-security leader with more than 17 years of experience. He currently serves as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Okta, where he acts as the technical bridge between complex cybersecurity software and customers while also mentoring new members of his team.
“I’m looking forward to serving as the Great Lakes Province Archon and supporting our members across Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Minnesota,” said PGH Pankau. “My focus is to partner with local leadership, help navigate operational challenges, and ensure everyone has the resources and communication needed to succeed. Real growth isn’t just about expanding our numbers – it’s about strengthening the core experience so that every brother gets genuine value out of their time in Sigma Pi.”
PGH Post – Founders’ Valley Province Archon

PGH Post has held several Sigma Pi leadership positions since joining the Fraternity in spring 2009. As an undergraduate, he served as Second Counselor of Beta-Tau Chapter. Following graduation, he was Secretary of the chapter’s House Corporation before becoming Beta-Tau Chapter Advisor, a position he held until his election to the Grand Council. He served as Grand Herald from 2022 to 2024 and has also chaired the Constitution and Bylaws Committee for two bienniums.
Professionally, PGH Post is a Lead Engineer for Whirlpool Corporation’s Refrigeration division, where he leads engineers across three countries in developing innovative products and bringing them to market. Most recently, his team has been completing the most capital-intensive project in Whirlpool’s history, designing and launching a new product architecture while simultaneously developing the assembly line needed to produce it.
“I am thrilled to get back closer to our Midwest chapters,” said PGH Post. “It means a great deal to provide guidance to our volunteers and chapters in the heart of our Fraternity’s origins. Our undergraduate men are the lifeblood of Sigma Pi, and I am excited to help guide them through the next biennium as they pursue great results and demonstrate the excellence of Sigma Pi across their campuses.”
