Written By: Chris Carter A new vision is in place to add emphasis back into Chapter Services and the current active chapters. We have added a fifth Educational Leadership Consultant to help us make chapters healthier. Having five consultants reduces the number of chapters assigned to each ELC. Previously consultants were responsible for over 30 chapters each. Now they are assigned an average of 24 chapters. This will mean more visits to each chapter and increased follow up before and after visits.
Consultant can also address specific needs at chapters and if necessary stay at a chapter for a longer period of time to ensure cultural change occurs. Finally, with a reduced number of chapters for an ELC to visit, he can focus a portion of each visit cultivating alumni support.
