Dwayne M. Harris has been named Province Archon, regional volunteer alumnus, for the New Jersey Province of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International.
Dwayne M. Harris has served as the Municipal Clerk and Registrar of Vital Statistics in the Borough of Atlantic Highlands since June of 2005 and in January 2011, after obtaining his Registered Public Purchasing Official [RPPO] Certification from Rutgers he added the position of Qualified Purchasing Agent to his duties.
