Three California Province Archons Appointed with Province Realignment

LEBANON, TN – Sigma Pi Fraternity is proud to announce the realignment and appointment of three California Province Archons. 

Brian Devot (Cal State Long Beach ‘00) as the Southern California Province Archon, Scott Tucker (Cal Poly ’10) as the Central California Province Archon, and Nick Lorenzini (Oregon ‘12) will serve as the Northern California Province Archon.

Devot will be working with the following chapters:

  • Upsilon Chapter at University of California-Los Angeles
  • Eta-Upsilon at University of California-Irvine
  • Epsilon-Nu Chapter at California State University, Fullerton
  • Beta-Omicron Chapter at California State University-Long Beach
  • Eta-Iota Chapter at California State University-Dominguez Hills
  • Epsilon-Chi Chapter at University of San Diego

Devot works at Union Bank since college in various positions over the last 17 years. For the last 14, he has been a Vice President in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Currently, he works as part of a team of wealth management professionals in Union Bank’s Private Bank serving their most affluent clientele.  Devot is a member of the Beta-Omicron Chapter at Cal State Long Beach and an honorary member of Alpha-Delta Chapter at Auburn. Devot served as Southern California Province Archon from 2006-2010 and as the Grand Third Counselor from 2010-2016 and currently serves as the Chapter Advisor for Beta-Omicron at Cal State Long Beach and Epsilon-Nu at Cal State Fullerton.

Tucker will be working with the following chapters:

  • Alpha Xi Colony at California State University-Fresno
  • Eta-Delta Chapter at California Polytechnic State University
  • Alpha-Omicron Chapter at University of California-Santa Barbara

Tucker works as an Application Administrator & Programmer for Administration & Finance at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly. Tucker was initiated in 2008 as a Founding Father of the Eta-Delta Chapter at Cal Poly. Tucker has also held numerous volunteer positions within Sigma Pi since 2015 has served as the Southern California Province Archon, which previously consisted of nine total chapters. Additionally, from 2013-2018 he served as Chairman of the Technology Committee and has held the position of Chapter Director for Eta-Delta since 2011.

Lorenzini will be working with the following chapters:

  • Iota Chapter at the University of California-Berkeley
  • Zeta-Eta Chapter at Santa Clara University
  • Theta-Mu Chapter at California State University-Chico
  • Iota-Eta Chapter at the University of California-Santa Cruz

Lorenzini works as an Account Executive at Front, an online collaborative technology company based in the San Francisco Bay area. Previously, he was an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Salesforce, and from 2012 to 2014, served as an Educational Leadership Consultant and Senior Expansion Consultant for the Sigma Pi Executive Office. Lorenzini is a 2012 graduate of the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government. As a sophomore, he held the position of Sage for Iota-Epsilon Chapter.
