NASHVILLE, TN — May 18, 2026 — Sigma Pi Fraternity announced today the appointment of Justin R. “JT” Todoroff as its 11th Executive Director, effective May 1, 2026. In this role, Todoroff will drive the implementation of the Fraternity’s Strategic Plan and Grand Council policies while championing sustainable growth across the organization. Todoroff’s leadership will pair high-level strategy with effective board governance to translate organizational vision into tangible actions rooted in the Fraternity’s founding principles and core values.
Todoroff’s appointment is the culmination of more than twenty years of dedicated service to Sigma Pi, which began at California State University, Long Beach, where he served as Second Counselor and Sage of Beta-Omicron Chapter. Todoroff’s leadership at the national level is marked by his service as Parliamentarian of the Grand Chapter and a six-year tenure on the Grand Council, which concluded on April 30, 2026, as part of this leadership transition. Professionally, Todoroff brings a wealth of experience in supply chain management and logistics, having held vice president roles at both Uber Freight and Kenco. He holds bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice, as well as a master’s degree in public administration (also from Cal State Long Beach).
“I am honored to assume this role at such a promising time for Sigma Pi,” said Todoroff. “We remain laser focused on strengthening our connections and expanding our reach, ensuring the value of our brotherhood is felt by every member, in every chapter.”
“Leadership is rooted in service, and Justin Todoroff has exemplified that principle for over two decades,” said Grand Sage Christian J. Miele. “He brings to this role a rare combination of executive acumen and a lifelong commitment to advancing our mission. We are confident that his leadership will not only sustain our current growth but will ensure that Sigma Pi continues to thrive for generations to come.”
The Grand Council extends its profound gratitude to Gregory M. Ritchie for his exemplary stewardship as Interim Executive Director since August 2025. “Under his watch, Sigma Pi didn’t skip a beat,” said Miele, adding that “Ritchie’s leadership and steady hand enabled the Fraternity to continue its forward momentum, positioning Sigma Pi for its next chapter of progress.”
