STATEMENT REGARDING INVESTIGATION AT UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO BOULDER

LEBANON, TN – We are aware of allegations connected to the potential violation of health and safety policies by Zeta-Delta Chapter at the University of Colorado Boulder. At this time, the Executive Office of Sigma Pi has temporarily suspended Chapter operations while the national Fraternity investigates the reports. Additionally, the Executive Office is in communication and fully cooperating with University officials as they investigate. We will make decisions about the future of the Chapter once the investigations conclude.

During the investigations, Zeta-Delta Chapter is not allowed to participate in or host any events, including but not limited to social events, recruitment activities, chapter meetings, or University or fraternity/sorority events.

Sigma Pi has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drug use and any type of assault, and hold members accountable to these policies with measures up to and including expulsion.
