Charter Revoked from Epsilon-Theta Chapter at Elon University

Sigma Pi - Crest - Full ColorEffective November 11th, 2014, the Grand Council of Sigma Pi Fraternity, International revoked the charter of Epsilon-Theta Chapter at Elon University.

Epsilon-Theta Chapter had their charter revoked after Elon University suspended the chapter for three years as a result of the chapter being found responsible for hazing new members in the Fall of 2014. The chapter had been investigated for hazing in prior semesters.

Epsilon-Theta Chapter received a written agreement from Elon University to return to campus in the Fall of 2017.

Sigma Pi Fraternity has resolved to hold its chapters accountable for compliance with all Grand Chapter and University policies, FIPG guidelines, new member education policies, minimum standards on chapter membership, and adherence to the governing laws of the Fraternity.
