Sigma Pi Fraternity, International is proud to announce that Philip Aiello (Gamma-Mu, Wisconsin-Oshkosh ’15) has been hired to fill the role of Alumni Services & Communications Consultant for the Executive Office. His primary objectives will be to manage a comprehensive program of alumni activities and events that will retain positive relationships with graduating students and alumni to encourage their continued financial support, volunteering, and active participation in the Fraternity.
Aiello has served as the Communications Intern at the Executive Office since June 2013, where he has produced articles for The Emerald, co-collaborated on design materials that meet the brand guidelines, and assisted in the development of sigmapi.org and the forthcoming The Emerald Online. He has also attended Mid-Year Leadership Conference, Sigma Pi University and Convocation, where he assisted with communication efforts.
“We are extremely excited to have Phil join our Executive Office staff after the wonderful job that he did as our communications intern over the last two years,” said Executive Director Michael Ayalon (Epsilon-Omicron, Buffalo ’97). “In his new role, Phil will be able to build even more training resources for our alumni volunteers, work with new regional alumni clubs forming around the country, and increase our alumni engagement efforts with his superior communication skills and abilities.”
