Two New Hires Announced to Serve as Growth Specialists

LEBANON, TN – The Executive Office of Sigma Pi Fraternity announced today that, Russell Kizior (Northern Arizona ‘18) and Jason Artrip (Stockton ‘18) have been hired as Growth Specialists within the Member Services Department. In this role, they will work to create a pipeline for further market penetration and develop our planned expansion efforts, while also having a small portfolio of current chapters who need growth assistance. The two will begin their work on June 4th.

“As we’ve collaborated with our partners at Phired Up throughout this process, it was clear to us that these two young leaders have the necessary skill sets to be successful in these positions,” said Assistant Executive Director Joseph Drain (Florida State ’10). “We are excited to welcome them to our team and look forward to what they are able to accomplish within our expansion and growth efforts.”

Russell Kizior is from Mesa, Arizona, and is graduating from Northern Arizona University in May 2018 with a bachelors in business marketing. He is also a Founding Father of Beta-Iota.

“I am excited to give back to Sigma Pi when they gave me so much during my college experience,” said Kizior.

Jason Artrip was born and raised in Cornwall, New York, alongside his three sisters by loving parents.  He was always driven to learn and grow. For work, after high school, he moved to Cape May, New Jersey and began his journey at Stockton University. While Artrip was at Stockton, he worked hard to become a Founding Father of the Iota-Upsilon. The experiences and connections that came from Greek life have inspired him to seek further involvement with Sigma Pi. The family he gained from the Fraternity has given him the motivation to bring others into this great organization.  Artrip feels it is a time young men are looking to belong to something where they will experience brotherhood, mentorship, and philanthropy. He would like to broaden a brother’s college time to include community involvement and lifelong friendships.

Artrip said “one of my brothers who sadly passed away recently told me that, ‘I would one day do great things within this organization.’ I will honor him by doing exactly that with this opportunity.”
